Responsibilities

• Execute troubleshooting for master /transactional data errors, configuration issues, and access-related problems
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support with complete documentation
• Provide first-level support for multiple SAP modules
• Handle user account management (password resets, user unlocks, access provisioning)
• Monitor background job failures
• Diagnose and resolve common SAP issues using SAP Notes and knowledge base resources
• Document resolutions and update knowledge base with troubleshooting steps
• Maintain incident logs with detailed tracking information
• Create simple user guides and FAQs for recurring issues
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring problems
• Work with technical teams and senior consultants to resolve issues
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years in SAP support, help desk, or consulting roles
• Hands-on experience with 2-3 SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, or others)
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems
• SAP module knowledge (SAP S/4HANA / ECC)
• Understanding of common SAP transaction codes
• Knowledge of module integrations and basic business processes
• Proficiency in Windows/Office tools and ticketing platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer-focused service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Team collaboration and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate in one module
• Experience with end-to-end SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementation/support projects
• Knowledge of data migration tools (LSMW, BDC)
• Industry experience (retail, finance, sales)
