Job Description

Position Summary:

Qualifications:

Minimum 4- 5 years of HR experience with emphasis on offer letters and ADP system usage in US residential Mortgage-mandatory
Proficient in compensation structures, payroll processes, and benefits.
Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws and compliance practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and extend professional offer letters via ADP, including customized clauses.
Calculate and document bonuses, commissions, and compensation guarantees.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding using ADP Workforce Now.
Read and explain paystubs, deductions, and garnishment details.
Generate reports and support audits or payroll reconciliations.
Complete employment verifications (VOEs) and maintain compliant HR files.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee documentation.
Provide guidance on U.S. insurance plans and support benefit enrollment.
Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries with clear and professional communication.
