Role & responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with reporting managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Promote the organizations employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent. Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies. Onboarding Support: Partner with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to remain competitive in talent acquisition. Verify individuals employment and educational qualifications by directly contacting previous employers and educational institutions. 3. Conduct research to confirm the authenticity of the companies involved. 4. Follow up via phone or email with the designated HR or educational institution contact to complete the verification process. 5. Coordinate with companies to update the internal database with accurate contact information. 6. Record specific information received from various points of contact (Spocs). 7. Perform primary source verification for the specified antecedents. 8. Regularly update the internal database to ensure information remains current and accurate.
