Placement Co-Ordinator

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly. Utilizing various recruitment channels like job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals will be a key part of your role to attract qualified candidates.
