Placement Co-Ordinator

As a Recruitment Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making final selections. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. Utilizing various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals will be key in attracting qualified candidates.
