About the Role:

Trainee Placement Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HR & Placement team in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
.
Coordinate with students for
placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions
.
Build and maintain relationships with
companies, recruiters, and industry partners
for placement opportunities.
Maintain and update
student databases, placement records, and follow-up reports

Assist in .
Handle day-to-day HR support activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee/student engagement.

Eligibility

Graduate / Postgraduate in
HR, Management, Commerce, or related fields
