Key Responsibilities: 1. Industry Liaison & Employer Engagement Establish and maintain partnerships with airlines, airports, ground handling companies, aviation MROs, and hospitality firms. Act as the primary point of contact between the academy and employers. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events. 2. Student Support & Preparation Provide career counseling, guidance, and job readiness training to students. Organize workshops on resume writing, interview skills, grooming, and communication.
