Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR / Placement Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The HR / Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, managing student placements, conducting interviews, assisting with career counseling, and maintaining relationships with employers. Additional duties include organizing placement activities, tracking student progress, and providing excellent customer service to both students and employers.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Customer Service and Education skills
• Experience with Recruiting and placement coordination
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the aviation or airport is preferred.

Salary upto INR 45,000 /- per month
