The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR processes, preferably within the education, training, or aviation industry.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Organize training & development programs to enhance staff skills.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Support management in performance appraisals and workforce planning.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR experience (3-5 years).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to aviation/education/training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
