As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant at Opkey, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, you will ensure the seamless delivery of HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives. Your key responsibilities will include leading the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as US Compensation, gathering business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. You will configure Fusion HCM modules based on business needs, conduct fit-gap analysis, identify process improvements, and recommend best practices. Collaboration with technical developers for integrations, reports, and customizations will be essential. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of HCM consultants, conduct user training, support UAT, provide post-go-live support and enhancements, and serve as a key point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management. Staying informed about Oracle's quarterly releases and providing impact assessments and recommendations will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, including at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Strong knowledge in US Compensation and familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, security, workflows, OTBI/BIP reporting, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas are required. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and manage multiple stakeholders are also essential.
