Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to assist our Director and senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

Ø Coordinate executive communications, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients

Ø Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners

Ø Schedule meetings and appointments, manage travel itineraries, and organize calendars for the Director

Ø Provide complete assistance to the Partners and senior leadership team

Ø Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents

Ø Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism

Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Ø Assist the sales team with coordination and client communications

Ø Delegate tasks and coordinate duties within the team to ensure smooth operations

Ø Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance workplace efficiency

Ø Manage executive communications, including calls, emails, and client interactions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Ø Any Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant field

Ø Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a reputed organization

Ø High level of discipline, professionalism, smart & pleasing personality

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Ø Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ø Experience in managing executive schedules, travel plans, and high-level correspondence

Ø Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
