Core Responsibilities
  • Calendar & Schedule Management
    • Organize and prioritize executive’s daily agenda
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
    • Manage travel schedules and itineraries
  • Communication Management
    • Act as the gatekeeper for emails, calls, and messages
    • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence
    • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
    • Manage expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements
    • Handle filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes
    • Ensure executives are well-prepared with background materials
    • Follow up on action items
Strategic & Operational Support
  • Project Assistance
    • Support executive-led projects
    • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
    • Track deadlines and deliverables.
  • Decision Support
    • Filter information and highlight priorities
    • Provide recommendations where appropriate
    • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build strong relationships with key contacts
    • Represent the executive in communications or meetings as needed
    • Maintain a professional image on behalf of the executive
Leadership & Coordination
  • Team Liaison
    • Act as a bridge between the executive and team members
    • Support coordination across departments
    • Monitor workflows and escalate issues
