Role Overview

Project Manager – Compliance & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance-related projects across global markets, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are met
• Monitor, interpret, and implement regulatory changes relevant to our industry
• Collaborate with legal, product, and operational teams to ensure policies, practices, and training are compliant with applicable laws and standards
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and strategic partners
• Support the development of partnership proposals, contracts, and due diligence processes
• Track, assess, and report risk management and audit readiness across departments
• Ensure all contractual obligations related to compliance and partnerships are fulfilled
• Coordinate certification or accreditation submissions with relevant authorities or agencies
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal operations
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of global compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.) is a plus
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in edtech, SaaS, or healthcare compliance environments
• Prior involvement with U.S. or international partnerships or grant-based projects
• Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, or similar PM platforms
