Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Noida. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, preparing expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include managing communication, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in preparing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in an executive support role is a plus
