WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS Job Title: Accountant (Full-Time) Location: In-Office | Ecotech 6, Greater Noida Working Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturdays off) Working Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm About the Role: Studio Covers is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and handle complex hotel billing and ledger tasks. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone with a strong grasp of accounting principles and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally Vendor payments and ledger maintenance Handling detailed ledgers for hotel projects Managing receivables and following up with clients and platforms Preparing salary sheets and recording advances Exporting data from our e-commerce platform to Tally Reconciling COD payments from shipping partners Creating POs, PIs, and invoices Preparing data for GST and TDS returns Generating monthly profit and loss statements Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel Strong understanding of core accounting concepts Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) Highly organized and tech-savvy Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025

To uphold our commitment to impeccable service, we are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with our discerning clientele. Role Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between Studio Covers and its customers, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint. This role requires a skilled professional who understands the nuances of luxury home décor and has the ability to create meaningful connections with high-net-worth individuals and design-conscious customers. You will handle inquiries, guide customers through product selection, and provide tailored recommendations to create an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries through email, WhatsApp, and phone. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand customer preferences and requirements to provide personalized product recommendations. Anticipate client needs and offer solutions proactively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Support & Guidance Assist customers with selecting the right products based on their design preferences, style, and needs. Offer design consultancy over calls and chats to guide customers through their purchase journey. Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and orders are processed efficiently. After-Sales Support Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any product or delivery concerns promptly and professionally. Customer Feedback & Insights Collect and document customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Use customer insights to propose enhancements to products, services, and processes. Operational Coordination Collaborate with the design and production teams to stay updated on product offerings and specifications. Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring all interactions and details are documented. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college in any field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in luxury or design-focused industries. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of design and décor trends. Ability to build rapport and foster trust with high-profile clients. Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple inquiries and tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). Why Join Us?
