Job Title: Incharge - Procurements and Vendor Management
Location: Our office in Ecotech VI, Greater Noida
Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to lead procurement and vendor coordination at Studio Covers. This role involves managing stocks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring the timely sourcing and purchasing of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory of ready and raw stock
• Oversee quality checks of all incoming raw materials
• Handle end-to-end purchase processes
• Source fabrics, trims, and other materials as per production needs
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain records of procurement and vendor communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Proficient in using Excel and maintaining purchase records
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple vendors
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Full working proficient in English and Hindi

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
