E-Commerce Manager

Studio Covers is a luxury D2C home furnishings brand. We are looking to bring on board an E-commerce Executive to become a core part of our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Booking our online store orders through various shipping companies/aggregators. Ensuring the orders are booked through the right shipping partner - keeping in mind the urgency of the order and the price of shipping it.

2. Overseeing the orders that come on our online store are dispatched promptly. Urgent orders should be escalated.

3. Being responsible for order returns and exchanges.

4. Coordinating with shipping companies’ point-of-contact to ensure any possible delivery delays are minimised.

5. Bring any possible customer address errors to the CS team’s notice. Escalating RTO/NDA shipments to the CS team’ notice.

6. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely order fulfilment, and efficient product replenishment to meet customer demands and minimize stockouts.

7. Creating and managing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, titles, images, and other relevant information to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

8. Creating line sheets for MBOs where Studio Covers is stocked and coordinating with the team members are those stores regularly to ensure success and visibility.

Your performance will primarily be based on ensuring that orders (from our online store, external marketplaces, and consignments to retail stores) are delivered accurately and promptly.

Skills:

1. An organized head

2. Fluency in both English and Hindi

3. Attention to detail

4. MS Office (Excel especially) and Google Workspace knowledge

5. Preferred but not required: a minimum of a Bachelors’ degree

6. Strongly preferred but not required: at least 1 year of experience in E-commerce

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
