E-Commerce Manager

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Location: Sitapura, Jaipur
Industry: Textile Manufacturing
Salary: ₹35,000 per month (4.20 LPA)
Experience Required: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of company’s e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.).
• Handle product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and sales.
• Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, returns, and customer queries.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports on online sales and traffic.
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and discount strategies to boost sales.
• Stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends to improve online presence
• Ensure product images, descriptions, and stock details are accurate across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferably in textiles or fashion).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
