Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Manager, located in Manjeri, Malappuram. The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of online marketplace accounts, including listing optimization, PPC campaigns, client relationship management, case escalation, competitor analysis, pricing strategies, inventory management, and sales reporting. The role involves coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow, drive sales, and improve performance metrics across online platforms. The Manager will also stay updated on e-commerce trends to develop strategies that maximize revenue, brand visibility, and marketplace growth. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, including marketplace account management, product listings, inventory management, and order fulfilment in Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart etc. Proven experience in PPC campaign planning, execution, and optimization across online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, resolve marketplace issues, and optimize performance. Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce reporting tools to create SKU-level sales, performance, and settlement reports. Ability to manage client/brand relationships, act as the key point of contact, and ensure account growth. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills for cross-functional team collaboration. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on e-commerce trends and global marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon UAE, Noon, other international platforms). Skills in Digital Marketing, Pricing Strategies, and Optimization for online marketplaces Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on e-commerce trends
