E-Commerce Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online business across multiple international platforms including Amazon (US, Dubai, Australia) and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international e-commerce operations, product listing optimization, digital merchandising, and product development. Experience with IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize online sales channels including Amazon (US, UAE, AU), Shopify, and other global marketplaces.
• Develop and execute strategies for international selling, pricing, promotions, and brand positioning.
• Perform Amazon listing optimization including keyword research, SEO, A+ content, and image optimization to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Oversee product listings, inventory management, and catalog accuracy across all platforms.
• Coordinate product development activities including competitor analysis, sourcing, and new product launch strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, ROI, and campaign analytics to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage Shopify store setup, product uploads, order flow, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, influencer programs, and performance marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain strong relationships with Amazon support teams.
• Leverage experience with IndiaMART for B2B sales expansion and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably on Amazon (US/Dubai/Australia) and Shopify.
• Proven track record of growing international e-commerce sales.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, PPC campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Working knowledge of Shopify management and/or dropshipping models.
• Experience in product development, sourcing, and go-to-market planning.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART or other B2B marketplaces.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global logistics, fulfillment, and cross-border trade.
• Knowledge of SEO, Amazon Advertising, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of product photography and content creation for e-commerce.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
