Job Description: As E-commerce Marketplace Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving online marketplace performance — from optimizing listings and tracking sales to coordinating operations and executing campaigns that convert. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio , and other marketplaces. Upload, update, and enhance titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords. Track daily sales, stock, returns, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries. Monitor competitor trends, pricing, and promotions to stay ahead. Plan and execute discounts, campaigns, and promotional offers to boost sales. Prepare sales and performance reports (MIS) for management review. Handle customer feedback, ratings, and platform compliance . Key Skills & Competencies Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub , or similar platforms. Proficiency in Excel, analytics, and reporting . Good understanding of SEO, keywords, and digital marketing basics . Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a performance-driven mindset. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce , or related field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management or online sales.
