Production Merchandiser (For ImmediateHire - Greater Noida)

Studio Covers is a luxury home furnishings company that works primarily in three verticals: hotel projects, residential projects, and our D2C brand. We are looking at bringing on board a Production Merchandiser as a part of our team on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing production and manufacturing processes (in-house, contractual, and outsourced) to ensure optimization of all resources, labour, materials, and raw materials.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To understand the production schedule on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.

2. To ensure all the necessary materials are available for production.

3. To ensure labour/workers/outsourced workers follow the schedule provided.

4. To prioritize urgent orders as well as residential and hotel projects.

5. To maintain a record of each worker’s productivity and quantity so that their incentives and appraisals are performance-based.

6. To provide a job card to each worker every day and write their performance.

7. To understand and become familiar with all SOPs of online orders and projects.

8. To update SOPs regularly as new products are added.

9. Ensure that the SOPs for production, quality control, and packaging are followed as per the guidelines provided.

10. To oversee the inventory executive to ensure that all stock is maintained properly.

11. To maintain a healthy discipline in the workshop such that no time or material is wasted.

12. Ensure that the workshop is well organized.

Skills:

• A minimum or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in merchandising, production, and quality control.
• Well organized and responsible.
• Good English and Hindi skills.
• Great follow up skills.
• MS Office and Google Workspace.

Salary:

Between Rs. 20000 and Rs. 35000 per month. Incentives will be paid on a quarterly basis following the performance review which will be based on the daily report and overall performance of the workshop.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
