Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

● Calendar Management: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

● Administrative Tasks: Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

● Employee Engagement and Event Management: Coordinate and organize company events and activities to promote employee engagement.

● Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and Follow-up: Take down minutes of meetings and follow up on action items with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

● Act as a liaison between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.

● Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.

● Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.

● Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration by executives.

● Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy.

● Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.


Qualifications:

● (Mandatory) 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Preferably in a fast-paced start-up or Tier-1 consulting firms, Private Equity or Venture Capital.

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva


Must-Have Skills:

● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

● Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

● Ability to multitask effectively.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.

● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

● Should possess strong skills in creating PowerPoint presentations.
