• Oversee and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
  
• Administer payroll preparation, salary disbursement, and related compliance documentation.
  
• Manage and update employee files, HR databases, and personnel documentation in an organized manner.
  
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and induction.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure smooth execution of daily HR operations.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory HR compliance requirements.
  

Executive Assistance

• Coordinate and manage the Directors calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  
• Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation with efficiency and discretion.
  
• Prepare professional reports, business presentations, and meeting briefs as required.
  
• Serve as a reliable point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  
• Uphold confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all executive and administrative matters.
  

Social Media & Branding (Plus)

• Manage and maintain the company’s official social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  
• Plan and schedule posts, oversee content updates, and monitor online engagement.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support digital branding and communication strategies.
  
• Enhance the company’s online presence through consistent, professional, and engaging digital content.
