Job Description: Executive Assistant to CEO & HR Coordinator About Tarcurry Cafes Tarcurry Cafes is a budding brand specializing in Odia and fusion cuisine, intent on maintaining authenticity and top-notch service standards. With growth comes the requirement for an ambitious Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and oversee key HR functions. Role Summary: The Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator will work closely with the Founder/CEO to provide administrative support, manage schedules, and drive daily operations. This role will also be responsible for HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Executive Assistant to CEO Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Assist in confidential projects and special assignments. Track action items resulting from meetings and gather evidence of follow-up in a timely manner HR Coordination Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, documents, etc.). Coordinate payroll with accounts team; manage attendance and overtime records. Support employee engagement and welfare activities. Address day-to-day HR queries from staff and resolve minor grievances. Ensure compliance with FSSAI and labor laws for workforce management. Organize and update staff training and development records. General Administration Oversee office/cafe supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Support the CEO in day-to-day operational decisions. Assist with documentation and record-keeping for audits and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline; preference for HR or Business Administration background. Experience as an Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role would be added advantages. · Experience in using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation, communication, or automation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters. · Strong digital marketing and social media management skills (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google My Business, etc.).
