Qualifications

  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing calendars, prioritizing tasks, and organizing schedules.
  • Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports effectively and accurately.
  • Proficiency in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance for senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email management software).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is a plus.

Executive Assistant (EA) – Profile Requirement

Position: Executive Assistant to Founder / CEO

Experience: 3–6 years in EA, operations, or strategy roles

Location: Jaipur ( 22 Godown )

Reporting to: Founder / Director


Key Responsibilities

• Manage founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Handle emails, communication, and coordination with internal & external stakeholders

• Prepare presentations, reports, and follow-ups on ongoing projects

• Track and drive key business initiatives to closure

• Coordinate with teams (marketing, finance, operations) for project updates

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Support in brand, PR, and social media coordination if required

• Assist in vendor management, contracts, and payments

• Handle personal tasks when necessary to enable founder’s productivity


Skills & Requirements

• Exceptional communication & writing skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong time management and ability to multitask

• Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office / Notion / Asana

• Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential matters

• Good understanding of business operations and creative workflow

• Preferably from fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand background
