Job Description

  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects.
  • Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for monthly manager's meetings and other executive meetings.
  • Deliver and pick up business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area.
  • Work with the executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetings.
  • Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Any graduate degree is required.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software is expected.
