Summary:
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in enabling the CEO and COO to operate with maximum efficiency and strategic focus. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who excels in managing complex schedules, coordinating global travel, and serving as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain strict confidentiality, and anticipate executive needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is based in the Bangalore office and requires in-office presence five days a week, with a commitment to join within one month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the calendars of the CEO and COO, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and executive documentation to support strategic decision - making.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation.
- Develop detailed itineraries and ensure a seamless, stress-free travel experience for executives.
- Oversee travel expenses, maintain accurate records, and manage reimbursement processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Support the planning and execution of executive events, board meetings, and high-level engagements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and efficient administrative workflows across all executive functions.

Requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex travel logistics, including international itineraries and visa coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with travel booking platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic abilities.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain composure under pressure.
