Assist in OD intervention & change Management. 13.Performs other related duties as assigned by the Seniors. 14.Co ordinate & capture the departmental process measurements & update the same in SAP & present it in MRM. 15.Manage Integrated Management System(IMS- QMS, OHSAS, SA-8000, ISMS, EMS) related to HR department Preferred candidate profile 1.Knowledge of performance management concepts, theories & related practices & tools 2. Ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools 3. Experience with data collection tools 4.
