Key Responsibilities

Process payrolls with 100% accuracy and within deadlines.
Maintain and update payroll records daily based on client communications.
Handle end-to-end payroll activities including new joiners, leavers, holiday pay, back pay, etc.
Process and reconcile PAYE tax, NI, AOE, Pension Auto Enrolment, and statutory payments.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal quality standards (QMS).
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, year-end submissions to HMRC, and internal reporting.
Provide guidance and quality review for junior payroll processors.
Handle complex client payrolls with accuracy and attention to detail.
