Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, including statutory requirements and reporting specific to the UK. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or EC Payroll is a strong advantage. Youll be working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and optimized payroll solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP). Ensure compliance with UK legal and tax regulations and handle year-end activities. Collaborate with HR teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll issues and manage payroll cycles. Work on integration and data flow between SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Payroll. Participate in testing, audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Support implementation of enhancements, upgrades, and new payroll features. Assist in interface and middleware activities (e.g., CPI, PI/PO) between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. Create detailed documentation (functional specs, test plans, SOPs) and deliver training sessions for end users. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll. In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting. Strong understanding of time evaluation, infotype configuration, and payroll integration points. Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center or Time Off configuration. Familiarity with FIORI payroll apps, ESS/MSS, and HR Reporting tools. SAP Certification in HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors modules. Exposure to global payroll environments and multi-country rollouts. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. SAP Certifications are a plus.
