Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Events Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in events sales.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective event sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with events to ensure smooth execution.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in events sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to handle unexpected issues during events.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience in managing multiple events simultaneously demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
