Job Description

As a Sales Specialist - Events at Storm, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying and converting business opportunities in the experiential and events space. You will be responsible for selling event concepts, building long-term client relationships, and delivering integrated solutions that combine creativity, technology, and flawless execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Business Development & Lead Generation:** - Identify and pursue new clients in the events, activations, and experiential marketing domain. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set revenue and business growth targets. - Maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and procurement teams. - Understand client marketing goals and challenges to propose customized event solutions. - Act as the liaison between clients and internal creative, production, and operations teams. - **Sales & Pitching:** - Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and presentations for client pitches. - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively. - Ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction post-sale. - **Market Research & Industry Insights:** - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities in the experiential space. - Share insights with the leadership and strategy teams to refine business positioning. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 3-6 years of experience in event sales, brand activations, or experiential marketing (Agency/Media - Radio/TV). - Strong client network and understanding of event production processes. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in teams. - Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
