Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Pitching & Presenting: Understand client needs and present Storm’s integrated marketing and digital solutions in a compelling manner. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Strategic Input: Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with ongoing campaigns and client expectations. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups through CRM tools and weekly reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital agency environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
