Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and references
• Handle inbound event inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Identify client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms professionally
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Coordination & Execution Support

• Coordinate with event planning, operations, and vendor teams
• Share accurate client requirements and timelines with internal teams
• Support smooth execution of events from sales handover to completion

Reporting & CRM

• Maintain client database and sales pipeline in CRM
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and closures

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong convincing and closing ability
• Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)

• Experience:

  1–3 years in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales
• Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered
