• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies, vendors, and sponsors.
• Develop and present proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

🔹 Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, etc.).
• Promote events to target audiences to drive registrations, attendance, and engagement.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and PR teams.
• Manage event websites, social media presence, and promotional content.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

🔹 Strategic & Reporting Tasks:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Develop pricing strategies and promotional offers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
• Work closely with event operations teams to align marketing with event delivery.
