Company: Events Freeby (Powered by Travel Freeby) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (including incentives) 📍 Location: On-site (Office-based) 🕓 Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the Role Events Freeby is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Event Sales Executive with proven experience in selling exhibition booths and event participation packages. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in the events, exhibitions, or expo industry . This role requires strong communication, industry understanding, and the ability to build long-term business relationships with exhibitors, event organizers, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Sell exhibition booths and event participation packages for international and domestic events. Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry connections. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and event participation plans. Meet monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth. Provide accurate sales reports to management. Understand event layouts, hall plans, booth categories, and pricing structures. Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams for smooth client onboarding. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3–5 years of proven sales experience in events, exhibitions, or expo industry (MANDATORY). Experience selling booths for expos, B2B fairs, international events, or trade shows. Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to explain event zones, hall categories, and booth benefits clearly. Strong relationship-building & client handling skills. Target-driven approach with a high level of motivation. Ability to handle objections and convert leads to confirmed bookings. Good understanding of event industry trends and exhibitor requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google Workspace. Knowledge of international event markets is an advantage.
