Event Sales Manager -(Exp: 2.0 to 10 Yrs) - (Salary: 30K PM To 60K PM) – TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Client: TOFFA India @Law College Rd (Pune) Post: Event Sales Manager Vacancies: 03 Gender: Both Male & Female Edu: Any Graduate Exp: 2.0 Yrs To 10 Yrs Salary:  30K PM To 60K PM Working hrs: 10:30 AM TO 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Job Location: Law College Rd (Pune) Joining: Immediate /Within a week   Job Description: Position Overview The Event Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue through event bookings, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver successful events. This role involves prospecting new clients, presenting event solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities for corporate events, social events, conferences, exhibitions, and other functions. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital channels. Conduct client meetings, venue/site tours, and presentations. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, agencies, and corporate accounts. Understand client requirements and provide customized event proposals. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with leads and confirmed clients. 3. Proposal Creation & Contract Negotiation Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and event packages. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitability. Finalize bookings and ensure all agreements are documented accurately. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams Collaborate with operations, banquet, catering, marketing, and vendor teams to ensure smooth event execution. Conduct handover meetings to align internal teams with client expectations. Address and resolve any pre-event or day-of concerns. 5. Event Planning Support Assist clients with planning details such as layout, décor suggestions, timelines, and vendor coordination (depending on company model). Ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled. 6. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior. Contribute to annual sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums to build connections. 7. Sales Reporting & CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and bookings. Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline. Track KPIs such as conversion rates, occupancy, and revenue per event.   Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–10 years of experience in event sales, banquet sales, or hospitality. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in handling corporate and social event clients. Knowledge of event industry trends and vendor networks.
