About The Role:-

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Executive to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operations, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring seamless event experiences from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, organize, and execute events.
• Manage end-to-end event operations including logistics, venue arrangements, permits, vendor coordination, and staffing.
• Develop event timelines, checklists, and budgets while ensuring compliance with financial and operational goals.
• Supervise on-site event setup, registrations, technical requirements, and breakdown activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, creative, etc.) to align event objectives with organizational goals.
• Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
• Monitor risk management and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
• Evaluate event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–4 years of proven experience in event operations/management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (knowledge of event management software is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
