Event Operations Executive

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and oversee all physical events (domestic and international) with attendee volumes of up to 6,000+.
• Manage event production: stage and booth designs, creative ideation, and production outputs.
• Handle vendor management end-to-end – sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and finalization of venues, hotels, production houses, logistics, and other service providers.
• Ensure cost optimization across hotels, production (booths, stage, and masking), vendor contracts, logistics, travel, event documentation, and global shipments.
• Conduct market research for venue options, pricing, and new trends; not limited to existing contacts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) to deliver seamless event experiences.
• Oversee event budgeting, track costs, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Supervise logistics management, including travel arrangements, transport/cabs, and on-site requirements.
• Maintain and update event and office asset sheets.
• (Optional) Support virtual event recordings, though this is not a primary focus.
  

What You Bring To The Table

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or other related fields.
• 4+ years of professional work experience in event operations, vendor management, event logistics management etc.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize while on tight deadlines.
• Effectively and efficiently work both independently and collectively as a team when needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments concurrently.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• The ability to work well in a fast paced media environment.
