About the Opportunity

We are looking for smart, energetic and responsible graduates to support a prestigious Government project for a period of one month. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have worked in events, coordination, administrative or secretarial roles, especially as freelancers, and are looking to contribute to a high-impact public initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the core Government project team in day-to-day coordination and execution.
• Handle documentation, data entry, and basic secretarial tasks.
• Manage schedules, follow-ups, and communication with stakeholders.
• Support event-related and operational activities as required.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Prior experience as a freelancer in events, coordination, client servicing, operations, or secretarial support.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Ability to work under tight timelines and follow structured processes.
• Professional, punctual, and dependable.
