Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Relations Executive. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and handling communications with clients. The role involves actively listening to client needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining long-term client relationships through superior interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Proven experience in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle and resolve client issues efficiently
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
