Event Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the production and operational aspects of events at Pulse Entertainment and Events Pvt. Ltd. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all aspects of event production, including technical setup, stage management, lighting, sound, and AV production. - Ensuring the seamless execution of event timelines and technical requirements. - Coordinating with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all event equipment and materials. - Developing and implementing event production plans, including timelines, logistics, and staffing. - Ensuring all logistical aspects of the event (venue setup, transportation, catering, etc.) are meticulously planned and executed. - Leading and managing a team of production assistants, technicians, and support staff during events. - Developing and managing production budgets for events, ensuring costs are kept within the approved budget. - Ensuring that all event production processes meet company standards and client expectations. - Maintaining direct communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations. - Conducting post-event evaluations to assess the success of the production and operations processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in event production, operations, or management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
