Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for various aspects of business development. You will be expected to conduct market research to identify potential areas for growth and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of your role, along with preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with company goals is crucial. Tracking and reporting on business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue growth metrics will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position that requires at least 1 year of total work experience, with specific experience in business development. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in person. ,
