Position: Business Development Executive (Female)

Location: D-107, Noida Sector-2, U.P.

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and professional MBA-qualified female candidate(Fresher Welcome) to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sharp critical thinking abilities, and a solid understanding of how to drive business growth. This role requires managing inbound leads, understanding client needs, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our design team

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, qualify, and nurture incoming leads with a strategic approach.

Follow up proactively with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to increase conversion probability.

Accurately understand, analyze, and document client requirements.

Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and our design & project teams.

Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and scheduled meetings.

Contribute ideas to improve client experience and overall business development strategies.

Ensure high-quality communication and build trust with clients throughout the inquiry-to-meeting journey.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills — fluency in strong professional English are mandatory.

Prior experience in the Interior Design, Construction, or Architecture industry is highly preferred if Experience.

Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

Ability to think critically, solve problems, and handle objections confidently.

Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.

Confident, presentable, and proactive with strong ownership of tasks.

Training Period:

A 15-day structured training program will be provided to help you understand our services, processes, client interaction standards, and internal systems.
