Position: Client Relationship Manager (Female)

Job Description:
We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and professional female executive to join our team. The role involves handling incoming leads, following up effectively, gathering client requirements, and scheduling meetings with our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, manage, and nurture incoming leads.
• Proactively follow up with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Understand and document client requirements with complete clarity.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and our designers.
• Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, and meetings on a daily basis.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills — fluency in Hindi and strong professional English is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the interior design, construction, or architecture industry is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
• Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.

Training Period:

• 15 days of structured training will be provided to familiarize with our services, client interaction processes, and internal systems.

Employment Type:

• Full-Time position after successful completion of training.
