Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with new kitchen partners to facilitate smooth onboarding. Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets. Conduct daily briefings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve team effectiveness. Motivate and drive the team towards achieving KPIs such as call volumes, conversions, and revenue goals. Ensure accurate call logs, follow-ups, and CRM updates. Analyze call data and identify trends to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs. Conduct regular performance reviews and share reports with management. Conduct training sessions on platform usage, order management, and compliance standards. Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed. Gather feedback from kitchen partners and suggest process improvements. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen operations, food tech, or the hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to train and support new kitchen partners effectively. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
