Client Relationship Manager (Female)

You will be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful client relationships, converting leads into active clients, and providing ongoing support. Your role will be crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Client Relationship Manager at iWeezy Holdings, you will: - Contact and follow up with leads diligently to convert them into active clients by effectively communicating the company's value proposition. - Assist new clients in the account creation process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly. - Work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the Team lead. - Address and resolve any client issues related to account management, trading, or service quality. - Educate clients on market trends, trading strategies, and the features of the trading platform to help them make informed decisions. - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and account activities. - Provide regular updates and reports to the Team lead on lead status, client interactions, and sales performance. - Stay informed about market trends, Forex trading strategies, and economic developments. - Collaborate with other Relationship Managers and Team Leads to share insights, strategies, and best practices. - Provide feedback on the sales process and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
