You will be working as a Business Development Executive (Female) at iB Arts, where you will need to be fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali to connect with potential clients in the IT services industry. Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys nurturing relationships over the phone. Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to businesses to promote our IT services. - Identify potential IT needs and pain points of decision-makers. - Explain the benefits of our services clearly and concisely. - Answer inquiries about our company and services. - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. - Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. - Maintain accurate records of call activities and follow-up. - Stay informed about our IT service offerings and industry trends. Requirements: - 1-3 years of experience in cold calling for IT services. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. - Strong active listening abilities. - Capacity to understand IT services and communicate their value proposition effectively. - Positive and professional demeanor. - Proficiency in using a CRM system is a plus. - Ability to perform well under pressure. As a full-time employee, you will be entitled to paid sick leave. The job requires availability for day, evening, and night shifts. The preferred work location is in Kolkata, West Bengal. The expected start date for this position is 12/03/2025.
