Business Development Executive (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Female Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Proven sales closing skills and a confident telephone presence.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in telesales or business development is an added advantage.
• Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
